Ashley lives with her husband and their two children that she parents in Utah. She placed her son 18 years ago and while it began as a closed adoption, they have made leaps and bounds to the present day where they now have an incredible open adoption. She is the Owner and Director of the national Knee to Knee Program, where she has set out to seek increased care, understanding, and resources for birth mothers. She writes curriculum for effective and life-changing birth mom support groups nationwide and advocates for openness, honesty, and education within adoption. Her mission is the WOMEN. She is riding for you until the wheels fall off!
Kelsey hails from Northern Indiana and now resides in North Carolina with her husband and daughter. Shortly after college graduation, Kelsey faced an unplanned pregnancy and ultimately chose adoption for her child. She placed her son in an open adoption in 2016 and began working in adoption shortly thereafter. While she was unclear on her goals when entering the adoption field, it didn’t take long for her to figure out that her passion was in achieving high ethical standards and and providing support and fighting for the rights of expectant mothers and birth mothers.
Kelsey is now the Director of Advocacy and Policy at AdoptMatch in California.
